Redirection
There was a major spike in the number of requests to the Traffic Servers which led to a crash of Nginx.
The problem was identified by (11:30 — Sep 13) . A partial fix was deployed by (12:30 — Sep 13) and services were normal by (13:30 — Sep 13) .
